I love Hickory Chase maintenance Justin. I had a plumbing issue and he came in at 10: at night and fixed it without any complaints. Talk about just wonderful guy. Great employee and the office staff is also a great group.

Ms Meadows and her staff have had a positive influence living at Hickory Chase. They are always very responsive with whatever occurs. With the addition of Project Access it has increased the "positive" feeling of family. I feel strongly living here that I have a home,not just an apartment

I wouldn’t change a thing. My stay has been nothing but peaceful.

I have lived here four almost four months and it has been a pleasure. The weather is warming up and there has not been a change in environment, in fact my experience has been positive from the staff as well as maintenance. There has been many opportunities for the children and families to band together with community activities via zoom. Lunch has been provided for the parents/ caregivers to feed their children during this pandemic. In closing I will and have recommend Hickory Chase to anyone who are looking for a place to live.

I'm leaving here for 12 years. The staff is amazing!!! Mrs jacki is the best manager that we had on this place, my appartment is confortable and in a good conditions, the maintenance staff are very nice and so helpfull, on this place I have everething that my family and me need, specially,a quiet place.

Everything about this young man was on point when we meet all the information I needed as well as his attitude and knowledge was 100%..I knew this would be my future home. Thank you Byran

I moved in almost 2 months ago, and it was the most pleasant and easy going experience! Heather is so amazing and Has the BEST customer service. The move was easy, and any issue we’ve had (which is only like 2) has been resolved almost immediately! We love our home, and love the staff. On Easter my 2 year old received a chocolate bunny and a dye kit to dye Easter eggs. It’s a pleasure living here. It is home, and they make every part of living here easy! Thank you all for the wonderful experience, I hope this remains our home for quite some time.
